1.3 CardPlanet Property

The following remain the exclusive property of CardPlanet:

  • The CardPlanet brand, logo, and marketing materials
  • System-generated design elements and patterns

2. Usage Rights & Licenses

2.1 Commercial Use

You are granted the right to use cards created with CardPlanet for:

  • Personal and commercial projects
  • Social media content and marketing materials
  • Educational and informational purposes
  • Client work and business presentations

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Claim exclusive ownership of CardPlanet's design styles or templates
  • Reverse engineer or copy CardPlanet's AI algorithms
  • Use CardPlanet to create content that infringes on others' copyrights
  • Resell or redistribute CardPlanet's templates as standalone products
  • Remove or obscure any CardPlanet watermarks (if applicable to your plan)
