• Any personal images or materials you upload (when this feature is available)
• The specific creative choices and combinations you make

1.2 Generated Cards

Cards created using CardPlanet are considered your intellectual property, subject to the following conditions:

• You have the right to use, share, and commercialize cards you create
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
• CardPlanet retains a non-exclusive license to use generated cards for service improvement

1.3 CardPlanet Property

The following remain the exclusive property of CardPlanet:

• The CardPlanet platform, software, and underlying AI technology
• Design templates and style algorithms
• The CardPlanet brand, logo, and marketing materials
• System-generated design elements and patterns

2. Usage Rights & Licenses

2.1 Commercial Use

You are granted the right to use cards created with CardPlanet for:

• Personal and commercial projects
• Social media content and marketing materials
• Educational and informational purposes
• Client work and business presentations

2.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Claim exclusive ownership of CardPlanet's design styles or templates
• Reverse engineer or copy CardPlanet's AI algorithms
• Use CardPlanet to create content that infringes on others' copyrights
• Resell or redistribute CardPlanet's templates as standalone products
• Remove or obscure any CardPlanet watermarks (if applicable to your plan)

3. Third-Party Content

3.1 User Responsibility

When using CardPlanet, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use any text, images, or content you input
• Not violating any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content
• Complying with all applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction

3.2 Copyright Infringement

CardPlanet respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe your copyright has been infringed:

• Free users: Cards may include a small CardPlanet watermark

7. International Copyright

CardPlanet operates globally and respects international copyright laws:

• We comply with the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
